Christi S. Wolverton

Christi’s interest and skills in business management began almost by accident. She graduated from Carthage High School in 1984 and then earned a bachelor’s degree in business administration from William Jewell College in 1988.

She and Rob married and went out to the West Coast. There, Christi helped support their consulting business by learning computer systems and software programs. She found a niche in consulting with small businesses that were making the leap from manual to automated systems.

When Christi and Rob returned to the Midwest, Christi continued the development of her skills at MBS Textbook Exchange, where she worked as a software trainer. She also developed a love for traveling to different university towns to help them implement their new computer systems and train their staff.

When Rob and Christi’s first child was born, and until their second was a toddler, Christi stayed at home to care for them. However, she made sure she stayed updated on changes to technology by continuing to take part-time consulting jobs with various businesses.

Now, Christi has again joined Rob in their business. Christi has overseen the implementation of a new computer system and assisted with the development of their Web site. Christi also oversees the accounting and marketing for each of their projects. Christi's ability to put strong reporting and accountability systems in place have allowed her to more easily balance the demands of managing a business with the demands of a busy family.

Each project managed by RADG is owned by a separate & independent corporation.
