Rob researches property for development potential and creates the vision for each of our projects. He also determines which partners are appropriate for each project from builders to investors.

Christi S. Wolverton,
co-founder & administrator

Christi handles all things office related such as our accounting, documentation, and our computer systems. She also assists in planning and executing our major marketing events.

Garnett Matthews-Campbell,
administrative leader

Garnett works closely with Christi Wolverton to coordinate the day-to-day operations of R. Anthony Development Group, LLC. She handles account payables, documentation, computer maintenance and status meetings.

Shantell Hines,
assistant

Shantell joined us in 2007 as a part time addition to our administrative team. She works closely with Garnett to make sure the office hums along smoothly.

Jeff Wolverton,
project leader

The newest member of our team, Jeff is project leader for Madison Park, a small community beautifully lined with mature trees and Bellwood, our newest neighborhood.

Darrell Allen,
field operations leader

Darrel joined our team in 2006 as our field operations team leader. He manages the maintenance of our vehicles and equipment as well as our buildings.
